What is Dwoft? ↓
Dwoft is an independent streetwear brand built around bold graphic tees, heavyweight cottons, and unapologetic oversized silhouettes. We blend vintage subculture aesthetics with modern Indian street culture to give you everyday self-expression.
How do I choose the right size? ↓
Check our imperial measurements on the Size Guide before ordering. For the ideal comparison, lay flat a T-shirt you already own and love, measure pit-to-pit chest width and length, and match it against our chart.
How does an oversized T-shirt fit? ↓
Our tees are purposefully tailored with an authentic drop-shoulder, roomier chest, and relaxed drape. You do NOT need to size up for the baggy look—ordering your true standard size provides the intended relaxed drape. If you prefer a regular tailored fit, order one size down.
What fabrics are used in your T-shirts? ↓
We engineer our tees using premium 100% combed cotton with heavyweight 220-240+ GSM constructions. This provides a structured drape, breathable feel, ultra-soft touch against the skin, and zero transparency.
Will the actual color match the product photos? ↓
We shoot all garments under neutral studio lighting to present true-to-life tones. Minor variations may occur depending on your device screen calibration, brightness, and ambient lighting.
How should I wash and care for my graphic tee? ↓
To keep your prints vibrant and preserve cotton fibers: machine wash cold (under 30°C) inside-out with mild liquid detergent. Hang dry in shade. Never iron directly on high-density puff or screen prints; always iron on reverse. Do not bleach or dry clean.
Where do you deliver and what are shipping charges? ↓
We deliver Pan-India across 19,000+ pin codes. Express shipping is completely FREE on all orders over ₹999. Standard delivery fees (if applicable for smaller orders) are calculated clearly at checkout before payment.
How long does delivery take? ↓
Orders are dispatched within 24 to 48 hours via premium express air couriers (Bluedart, Delhivery, Xpressbees). Metro city shipments typically arrive in 2 to 4 business days, while rest of India destinations arrive in 4 to 6 business days.
How do I track my order status? ↓
As soon as your shipment is picked up, an automated tracking link with courier AWB is dispatched to your registered email and phone number via SMS / WhatsApp. You can follow live transit checkpoints in real time.
What payment methods do you accept? ↓
We accept UPI (Google Pay, PhonePe, Paytm, CRED), all major Debit & Credit Cards (Visa, Mastercard, RuPay, Amex), Net Banking across all Indian banks, and Cash on Delivery (COD) on eligible pin codes.
Can I cancel or change my order? ↓
Because our warehouse prioritizes express fulfillment, please email us at mydwoft@gmail.com within 2 hours of placing your order if you need to modify your size or delivery address. Once the package is packed and handed to the courier, in-transit changes cannot be guaranteed.
What is your return & exchange policy? ↓
We offer a seamless 7-Day Doorstep Exchange Policy. If your fit is not ideal, initiate an exchange request within 7 days of delivery. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original packaging with tags attached. See our full Returns & Exchanges page for step-by-step guidance.
What if I receive a damaged or incorrect item? ↓
Every package is quality checked prior to dispatch. In the rare event of receiving a flawed or incorrect product, notify us at mydwoft@gmail.com within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the garment and courier label. We will arrange an immediate priority replacement at zero charge.
